I’m so excited to invite you to my signing of Mamalia at Olympia London, presented by Rethinking Eastern Europe.

Mamalia brings together photographs, sketches, texts, and paintings created during the beginnings of motherhood — moments of tenderness, exhaustion, love, vulnerability, and transformation. The title references both the Polish word “papalia” and the idea of the mammal body: nurturing, instinctive, intimate, political.

This book is deeply personal to me. It’s an archive of fragments, emotions, and stories that are so often left unspoken — reflecting on women’s voices, bodily autonomy, care, and the realities shaping maternal experience today.
